Model Release

I, the undersigned, hereby irrevocably grant to Lilit L Hovhanni (the "Photographer"), her heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, the unrestricted right and permission to use my name, image, likeness, and photographs taken of me by the Photographer. This includes the right to publish, republish, copyright, and use such photographs in any and all media now known or hereafter devised for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade purposes, without restriction as to alteration. I hereby release and discharge the Photographer, her heirs, legal representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of my photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and any other claims based on the use of my image or likeness. I acknowledge that I am of legal age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
